Managing Items of Work

Items of Work is a master catalogue of standard work items (e.g. "RCC M20 Concrete", "Brick Masonry") that every project's BOQ pulls from, so you build estimates from a consistent, reusable list instead of retyping items each time.

1. 1Go to Master Data → Items of Work.
2. 2Click + Add Item, choose a category and unit, and save.
3. 3Use the search box and category filter at the top to quickly find an existing item.
4. 4Click the pencil icon on a row to edit an item, or the trash icon to remove it.

Categories (like "Concrete" or "Masonry") are shared across your whole company and can be managed from the Manage Categories button in the page header - add new ones, rename existing ones, or remove ones you no longer use. Renaming a category automatically updates every item already using it.
